Vin de Pays d'Oc, from Dupéré-Barrera, made of grenache, syrah, cabernet sauvignon and carignan.

I'm not fair, as I opened that bottle of wine, because I'm at the end of a bad nose cold, and my nose is not back to normal yet. And for 15$, not a big risk.

But like other vintages of the same wine, very good. Medium red, lighter than some previous vintages, but the same nose of red berries, garrigues, ink, light smoke and spices. In mouth, medium power, slightly rustic but in a good way, herbs, rasberries, meat, good core of tannins, ripe but stay fresh. Grainy tannins, with red berries on the decent final. TN : 86-87. Custom Vin de Pays d'Oc.
