Very delicate and pretty.
It has aged well for 10 years.
Nothing in the color suggests that it is old, the color is still beautifully pigmented right to the rim.
Not much on the nose but beautifully smooth on the palate.
It is hard for me to assess when to open my other bottles.
It seems to be drinking perfectly now but I get the sense it is going to age flawlessly for another ten years.
But I could be wrong and find that I drink the rest over the hill.
I'll probably wait another 3-4 years before I uncork the next one.
Drinking beautifully right now, just a great smooth Bourgogne from a great vintage.
Rating: 91 points.

2002 Jadot Clos des Ursules. Young with sweet fruit and balancing acidity. Intense for a Beaune. Had I drunk it blind, I might have guessed it to be a ten year old Pinot Noir made by Mark Vlossak. I wish I had another one to throw blind into a St. Innocent tasting.
