When should I open this bottle of Cognac Tesseron?

This bottle of Cognac Tesseron Lot No. 53 X.O. Perfection was given to me by Alfred Tesseron a few years back following a Pontet Canet tasting in NYC.

That is fabulous stuff. It was served at a Pontet Canet dinner last in Chicago that Alfred Tesseron attended. Though I'm sure it will be good for many years, I don't think is any reason to wait.

You know Jim...These small morsels of trip information is killing me. I wont be there for BWE15, but am eager to know detailed details of the trip laid out sooner. I know the gurus are all working hard to iron things out. Nonetheless, excitement is excitement...
