TN: Jean-Marc Morey Chassagne Champs-Gain

Post by stefan »

With grilled halibut Lucie and I drank

2010 Jean-Marc Morey Chassagne-Montrachet Les Champs-Gain. Lucie loved being able to smell this wine from across the room. It is very sweet for a white Burgundy, but that is nicely balanced with sufficient acidity. No doubt the bottles that do not become premoxed will be great in five years, but mine will be all drunk up by then.
