I got a good deal on this at auction for around $12 and the wine continues to improve.

Decanting at least an hour dissipates bottle funk and the slight spearmint green of the vintage. The aromas consist of tea leaf and forest floor. Medium bodied with earth and vibrant acidity and decent length, this bottle is near peak.

A Bordeaux will get opened this weekend.
