Domaine Gayda. Organic wine, Vin de Pays d'Oc. Organic is a way to grow the grape and made the wine, but doesn't garantee quality automatically. A very nice wine. 45% syrah, 25% grenache, 10% of each carignan-mourvèdre-cabernet franc. All the terroirs, where the grape are coming from, specified on the back label. Well made. Medium red color. Nose is very Languedoc, with those blackberries, Black fruits, terroir and garrigue . Not very powerful, but nice. In mouth, strong terroir character, black fruits, licorice, right amount of tannins. Mineral short final, but for the price, excellent. TN: 87.
