Chablis 1er cru. Still very interesting, but i would say at the end If the plateau or slightly downhill. Still a niçe medium yellow color, nose of almonds green lemon, pears, and light minerals. In Mouth, yellow pears, nuts, white flowers, seashells flavors. Low acidity (previous bottles I had were having more acidity), decent finish on pears. I think it was better 2-3 years ago. The back label was saying to drink In the next 1 to 5 years. Now aged 9, still holding but lost some freshness and appealling. TN: 86-87.
A very good lesson.
