I've said it before:
Wisconsin: The Florida of the north.
I'm telling you, that state is bat shit crazy.
The only question is whether they are going to bring the rest of us down with it.

He's an animal.
And he's basically ahead in the polls.
So much for the four indictments.

Well, I guess the rubber is about to hit the road. It feels like Trump is strong here in the bellwether Maine second congressional district. I don't know. I still think all these lawsuits are backfiring but in the end I still find it hard to visualize that Orange is gonna get back in there in the end. I guess it comes down to those half dozen or so states. I'm alarmed by those Michigan numbers, Jon....

I enjoyed this ripping of a new asshole into one of the most despicable politicians I've seen perhaps ever. What a douchebag. Buh-bye, dickwad.

Yeah, it’s waaay too early to make any serious predictions.

Bitches gonna bitch. Trump is great for the media, horrible for the country.

So I asked my 19 year old Providence College freshman niece Anna over Christmas, I said, ok, Anna, Taylor Swift seems like a nice girl, I can honestly see how she would be an inspiration, to anyone, not just young humans who identify as females but even old... drum roll... MALES... there, I said it... even old grouchy white guys like me, I can't tell you a single song she's recorded, if you had to pick ONE song that she has recorded, what should I listen to?

By the way, if you haven't seen "The Greatest Night in Pop," on Netflix, the making of "We Are the World," I highly recommend it. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up. You will shed a tear.

I predict a 9-0 vote against the effort to keep Orange off the ballots.
This is a political problem, not a legal one.
If he gets re-elected, well, then, we get what we deserve.

This special counsel report against Joe sounds pretty grim, I’m also predicting a double digit lead for Orange in the next set of polls.

Yesterday was a watershed moment for the country. We are in a terrible perfect storm politically, much of it self inflicted.

That was pretty brutal. I was watching it on CNN, and I said to myself, "Mexico...? Mexico?"
Then they turned back to the CNN panel and Jeffrey Toobin said: "Mexico....? Mexico?"

The Democrats had better get their act together soon.

Don't be so hard on the old man. Mixing up names is normal for people who are nearing 80. My wife Mary does that all the time.

Hey we had a couple good election results yesterday in Long Island and the Keystone state, these little local battles are how we win the war against those who would destroy democracy. Less likely to see presidential election shenanigans this time in PA, MI, and WI, now if we can just avoid losing those states outright to Orange.

And let me know if Governor Whitmer ever decides to run for the Oval Office, I'll be her Maine campaign manager....

I saw that article, and it was discouraging. I'd like to think that, when push comes to shove, people will let go of individual differences of opinion to vote for what is the better overall choice for what's good for them.

Regarding our governor, she is term limited, so who knows what she plans to do after 2026. But if she decided to run, I'm sure she would appreciate having you deliver the great state of Maine for her. :)

$112, 000 a day in interest on Trump's fine. You have to sell a lot of sneakers to cover that.

Lots of pro-Palestine, anti-Biden sentiment among the large Arab population in Michigan. Trump is more likely than not going to be the next President.

Some West Wing fan fiction I heard the other day was that this could be a long con from the Dems. If they were smart enough to make it look like a Biden/Trump rematch and then swapped in a competent but generally little known D at the end (like Whitmer) they would win easily.

Just like 2016, these are two disliked candidates. If one party runs a neutral and the other runs an old man, the neutral candidate wins.

The game theory is fascinating. I wish democracy wasn't at stake.

I'm reading more positive press about Kamala as she's been ingratiating herself with foreign ministers, etc. Maybe she won't be a major drag on the ticket...meanwhile another $112,000 goes on Trump's bill.

If Aaron Rodgers ever comes within 8 million miles of even the VICE presidency of the United States, I will move to the furthest time zone away from Lewiston, Maine, what is that, Taiwan, I think.... I would vote for Orange Head and Marjorie Taylor Greene before I would vote for Aaron Puke Rodgers.

Don’t panic yet.
Rather than Rodgers, Kennedy might pick someone sensible. Like Jesse “The Body” Ventura.

Bobby Kennedy was my first political hero too.
The problem is less Aaron Rodgers and Jesse Ventura than the conspiracy theorist nutjob who is shaming his father’s name (by, among other things, considering them for veep)
