The 2003 Chateau Sociando Mallet, and the Vikings against the Packers. Go Minnesota!

More Later.

Dark color, with a oxydized blood red rim. Nose is grapey, darkberries, roasted red peppers, light vanilla oak. A medium perfumed nose. Mouth is rich, roasted oak, sweet blackcurrant liquor, merlot ripe dark red berries, noble wood. Light brown sugar ans sweet smoke. Medium to low acidity, tannins are so ripe, that they are very soft. Aftertaste is long, on darkberries and roasted oak. A very good wine, this wine is hard to assess. We'll see after the third quarter, if development is more pronounced...

Ad some muscad and more darkberries on the final, but I preferred the 2011 Chateau Calon Segur. A TN of90 for the 03 Sociando tonight.

And Minnesota won, but the y gave so many chances to GB (bad left had pass from Bridgewater, fumble on a return) but many good pays too (interception in goal, fumble from Rodgers for a TD), it was scary!

Sounds like you have misgivings Nic about its (over) ripeness?
