This is one that I've never had before and not sure why I bought 4. St Emillion GCC. Pulled out for dinner on Friday with grilled rib steak. Starting to show its age with bricking on edges and muted dark cherry nose. Nicely balanced plums/dark cherries with an earthiness developing and a touch of cedar. Noticeably Bordeaux but don't see this improving. Time to drink this one up over the next 12-24 mths. 88pts.
