The Muscadet is a bit light and atypical, with nose of flowers, peaches and a mouth simple on peach pit. Missing salinity, minerality, light apple and other things like acidity, that I like in a Muscadet. Tn: 79-80.

I should have open another white with our sushis, like a great white, not the shark but the Clos Floridene. Next time.
