TN 2000 Clos Puy Arnaud

Post by Houndsong »

Very nice wine. I'd recommend decanting it for an hour or two because it got deeper and sweeter with time. This wine's been enjoyable right from release and it seems like it will last for a while longer. It is not the confectionary blast of its youth but a more restrained and pleasant wine now. Some people might even prefer it now. This is one of those wines that will deceive you into drinking most of the bottle without being aware of it.

Stéphane Derenencout does good work.
The wine has gotten pricier.
I'm not suprised you liked his 2000 so much!
