Nice wine, a bit oaky, large scaled and rough-hewn but ripe and good acidity. Roasted coffee bean-cocoa axis in the bouquet. Certainly not without (as a lawyer might say) crossover appeal to new worlders but I mainly post to note the most marvelous mouthfeel produced by sipping this immediately after consuming a couple of simple, salty, pimento-stuffed green olives. Blissfully glycerous. No complaints.

I liked this estate a lot when I was younger, and continue to chew through my stocks.
