That 2014 was considered a sleeper vintage or less than stellar was news to me. Every review of the vintage seem to suggest that it was a very good year, if not quite 2010, and not just because it followed 2013. Every early review I have heard of 2015 is that it is always quite good, but 2014 exceeds it in several notable examples. Despite the decline of the euro, it seems that 2015 is significantly more expensive, particularly with the higher end wines.
