For dinner with sautéed chicken thighs, kale salad and sweet potato purée. With Puligny, Chassagne and Meursault prices in the stratosphere, I've been turning more and more to Chablis and this did not disappoint. This is a very good wine, precise, focused and vibrant with good minerality. Nose of lemon peel and stone fruit, good finish. Maybe not as deep as better vintages, but again very good, especially for $32. 90
