On average, approximately how many bottles of wine do you drink per week?

I probably open a half dozen or more, but have a tendency to drink a glass here or there, put things in the fridge, share bottles with the wife and, honestly, pour down the drain anything I didn't absolutely love.

The number changes depending on where I am with dieting. Low carb on wine off. Since I cycle 2-3 months on then 1-2 months off and when I'm off its 3-5 bottles per week. Virtually none when I'm dieting.

I could probably drink 4-5 bottles per week but I wouldn't be able to function in court.
I tend to drink one to two bottles per week, usually on Thursday and/or Friday nights, whether I'm in NYC or not.
I rarely drink on Saturday nights.

It works out 1.5 bottles per week on an average. Mostly on Fri and Sat...

Until recently I was drinking about 3 bottles a week plus a few drams of scotch or bourbon. Now I'm seriously trying to drop some weight so I'm going cold turkey for a month to see if that matters as part of cutting back the carbs. The only exception will be Michael Malinoski's birthday in a couple of weeks.

While I am not exactly sure how many full bottles of wine I drink per week as I am usually not the only person indulging, I can guesstimate that I generally open anywhere from 4-6 btls of wine per week with a more consistent number being opened over the weekend.

Peggy and I go through about 2 bottles a week. Sometimes none, sometimes 3-4. A bottle usually lasts us 2 days. Sometimes 3 if she's not drinking.

I(we)'ve been drinking around 5 bottles per week for a couple of years.
Mary averages less than one glass per bottle though.
Most of the consumption accompanies dinner.
Since starting to drink wine regularly I rarely drink hard liquor/mixed drinks or beer.

Since, I'm running more serously, I would say in average, 3-4 bottles per week from Thursday to Sunday with my wife.

Means a couple alone

I open around 8-9 bottles a week on the average.

I fight to drink 4 bottles a week because I have a thirsty wife full time as well as thirsty children and thirsty grandchildren and thirsty friends part time.

I'm around 4-5 per week total, give or take, about 2 glasses per evening a few more on the weekend.
