Yeah!

Post by Nicklasss »

Finally, after 10 years of temporary/not full time job, Marie-Claude has finally got her permanent full time primary school teacher job! It was about time, and it will be Champagne tomorrow to congratulate her. I'm hesitating between a great or super great bottle of Champagne, but it will be nice!

Congratulations to MC, you're marvellous! (Unfortunately, she won't read that, but I'll tell her Sunday to read it).

Great news, Nic. No doubt Marie-Claude is happy and ready to celebrate with a great bottle.

Congrats to MC but a ring would be more appropriate than the champagne after all of this time!! ;)

Finally, dinner with my inlaws and parents for the event, so I opened the Egly-Ouriet Brut Tradition Grand Cru, that I always find appropriate. With the steak, the natural-organic 2014 Côte Rôtie from Jean-Michel Stephan was excellent, but a notch down from his single vineyards cuvée. Full comments on a seperated post.
