Not to be overly directive, especially since I'm not even a dictator and barely a court jester, but you might want to shift one of those bottles of 1996 Louis Jadot Chambertin from Saturday to Friday night, so bring two bottles of the Jadot Chambertin on Friday and one on Saturday. We should have a pretty good crowd on Friday, over 20 people, and it is after all the Burgundy/Rhone night so people will be in a Burgundy mood. But just a suggestion, feel free to ignore.

Julia and I are really looking forward to both nights. She's flying in from Portland and I'm coming in from San Francisco.

For Saturday, we'll bring an '82 Figeac, an '82 Lynch Bages and a 1970 d'Yquem

For Friday, a 1989 Beaucastel and . . . . I'm not sure. Maybe I'll bring an old Calfornia cab to confuse the Francophiles. And for a stickie, a 2007 Kracher #10 Trockenbeerenauslese. Unreal finish on this thing. Hope there is enough to go around.

My bad, I wrote same wine for fri and sat. Sat should have 2 x Vieux Chateau Certan as well as the 2 Pavie Macquins.

Again some change on my wine

I just got a email from McArthur and I will only have 1 bottle of Ducru Beaucaillou 1998. To replace it, I will bring Yquem 1995, eventhough we might have it in another diner!

Also, I will change my JJ Prum for a Chateauneuf du Pape on Friday.

I can not wait to see the BWEmember again
