I'll be going to the cellar Feb 9 to pull wines for Denver since I'm going there for work on Feb 10 and plan to bring the wines early and let them rest before the BWE festivities. I have my list of 89s to find and I'll let you know as soon as I have them in hand......Exciting!

JeanFred and me are confirming that you can add a magnum of 1989 Chateau Talbot and 2 bottles of 1989 Chateau Rausan Segla for Saturday. It is a 1989 night after all. Do we have to dress like in 1989?

I was in my peak in the 80's.

No need to dress the part Nic, just party like it is 1989.

I am a huge Rausan Segla fan and I have 1 bottle of untasted 89. It should be fantastic.

Thinking of matching Jacques 1989 reds - Pichon Baron and Cos d'Estournel.

If David brings a mag of '89 Lynch and Jacques/Chris each bring a bottle of '89 Baron, perhaps we can do a Lynch/Baron blind tasting?
We usually add a third wine in the tasting.

In the great minds category, I recently dug through our "Pile O' Wine" ™ and fished out a 1989 Cos and a 1989 Pichon Baron to match up with Jacques' reds.

I can bring a 1989 Pichon Lalande to go with Blanquito's so we have two of them. Still thinking about some others. I do have a 1989 Climens if there is any interest.
