Based on our original list, we still need to hear from or receive payment from:

Well, we're at the point where we need to collect $$$ for our convention dinners. We're looking at $140 for Friday and $175 for Saturday. We are renting two nice private spaces and arranging caterers for both nights. We need deposit money for both the spaces and the caterers.

If you need details for sending funds, please send me a private message (via the User Control Panel above.) Also, please let me know when you have sent the funds so I can watch for its arrival.

I use it as well as Venmo. But I think Zelle is safer than Venmo, where you could end up sending money to someone with a similar name to the intended recipient.

BTW, that movie gave me nightmares for months.

I was trying to be punny rather than seriously questioning the app.
Appreciate the comparison to Venmo.

I had a similar reaction to Marathon Man.
Deliverance was the next most disturbing movie I recall.
Horror flicks that are all about quick gotchas have no depth or staying power.

Are you guys joking about snow being an issue in Denver? Live pictures there today are a joke. We have 15 foot banks in front of our house with almost 300cm on the ground this year and still coming. I'm sure Jim, Nic, and JF will concur that it has been a rough winter in the North East this year. Denver looks down right balmy. Skiing has been great here but I'm lookinging forward to golf season which at the moment looks a long ways off!! Thank god for Mexico trip coming up while you are all enjoying the Denver festivities.

Just talked to Danny/Danielle, they sound great.
Unfortunately, they're going to be in Mexico during BWE Denver.
I talked to Howard, however, and he and Lisa are in! Very excited.
Also, I talked to Sue Dayton. She and Rob are not committed to coming, but I have no good reason why they can't attend.
So I need all of you to contact them one way or another and force them to attend.
That would bring us to an even 40.
This is going to be an epic weekend. There will be people there whom we haven't seen in several years, people coming from around the world.
JC Northway, what is your and Paula's excuse? Come on, just do it.
Those of you who don't attend will be extremely sorry. There will not be many more of these BWE annual events.
This is the one you want to attend.
You have until like Sunday at 5pm to let Tom/Patrick know whether you are attending!
