BWE 2019: Time to choose a main course!

We are getting so close! We need to let the caterers know what our main course preference is soon, so please post in this thread or PM me what you and your companion would like BY THIS FRIDAY.
**If we don’t hear from you, the default choice for you and yours will be for beef both nights.**
If anyone is on the fence still about attending, you have until Friday to make a final decision. Come! We have plenty of room.
FRIDAY Main Course (choice of one)
-Coffee Rubbed Steak Filet, coffee and herb rubbed tender filet of beef served with chipotle aioli, and cherry cabernet demiglace served with creamy polenta and grilled asparagus
-Steelhead Trout, pan seared ocean-going trout with white wine & tarragon served with wild rice pilaf and grilled asparagus
-Vegan Option: Hearty Cassoulet, slow cooked classic bean stew recipe, vegan bacon, fresh herbs, rainbow kale, grilled asparagus
SATURDAY Main Course (choice of one)
-Dry Aged Steak
-Lemon + Herb Chicken
-Roasted Black Cod
***Vegetarians/Vegans Please Note: we can easily add a vegan option for Saturday too instead of fish. Just let me know if you’d prefer that, and the caterer will add a vegan option.***
