Bordeaux 2020 and Food Allergies/Aversions

Now that we are in the final throws of planning with the schedule for the week almost completed I'll ask people to send in food allergies and aversions to try and avoid a potential disasters or embarrassment while away on tour. Meal planning can be difficult at the best of times for a family but a larger group it can be challenging. Realize most requests for modifications will likely be addressed but some may be impossible. Before we set menus can people who are currently anticipating travelling with the group voice any food limitations ASAP so that we can proceed with meal planning and give the restaurant/chateau a heads up.
