Corbières, made of Grenache and Syrah. Nice medium red color, nose is mainly on confit fruits, syrah darkberries, smoke, and ripe red cherries. In mouth, rich and smooth fruit, concentrated red berries, sweet candy rasberries, peppermint flavors. Acidity is low, but there is a small bitterness that makes the final lively on the decent length final. Not very complex, sunny wine, but a very good wine from the south. TN: 87.
Went well with the marinated tofu, grilled on the gas bbq.

Grilled marinated tofu - I think my wife would like that, but I haven't had much luck cooking with tofu in general.
Please tell me more.

Tofu is what you eat when you get tired of food with flavor.
