John Kapon, Rudy K, Whuzzup, Burghound, and the 2003 BWE Convention in NYC

Just watched the CNBC thing on Rudy, basically a rehash of the Sour Grapes documentary.
I'm reminded of the night we had all these characters in the same room as part of our BWE NYC 2003 convention, along with Maureen Downey, Francois Adouze, and other characters, and how my instincts were right, even back then, when, as now, I was just a dumb country lawyer from Maine.
I remain in awe at how John escaped federal indictment over the years, surely there is more to the story.
Before I even knew his name, I distinctly recall wanting to wash my hand after shaking his.
