Happy Thanksgiving BWErs. Hoping your Tday is a satisfying one with family, friends, and Bordeaux.

I'm smoking a Turkey this year, as well as sous vide prime rib roast which will be seared on a hot bbq. I've cold smoked a salmon for a lunch of lox, cream cheese and bagels. Wine this year will be Violin Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Violin is a new winery in the Willamette Valley. I have 17 coming for dinner. It should be fun. Oh and four dogs, that will interesting.
