Vineyard opening times

We will be staying just south of Bordeaux in 3 weeks, on a Saturday and Sunday night.
Are there any vineyards open on Sundays.

Sauternes is a good place to visit on Sundays.

Saint Emilion too.

The tourist offfices and Maisons du Vin will help you.
