Moulin-à-vent, made by Paul Janin.
I liked that wine very much, a few years ago, but tonight, it is like these few years made the wine lighter. It is not a catastrophic change, and sincerely, the wine feel more like a gamey Côte de Beaune Bourgogne. Dark red, nose of grape, game, smoke, and kirsch Black cherries, remembering more a Chateauneuf than a Beaujolais. In mouth, light dark red berries, meat, minerals flavors. Low tannins, some Black licorice on the finish. Very masculine even if medium to light. Deçent length on the final. Tn: 83.
I preferred that few years ago.

Nic,
This made me smile.
Isn't every other person in Québec named Tramblay? .
Beaujolais can age. I've seen this time and time again. But it's *very* variable.
