2024 Zarate Rias Baixas

While Jim is having a (good or bad?) time with 2014 Ducru Beaucaillou, tuna poke bowl with Rias Baixas here.

Clear yellow, almost white, minerals, light sweet green lemon, yellow lemon and sweet flowers. Little CO2 in moith, freshness, some zip, white berries, green lemon zest, not great length, but touch salty at the end. Good wine. Rated 89.
