Private messages

I've sent a couple recently but not had any replies (to the moderators group), they're not appearing in my "sent items" though and I'm wondering whether it's some kind of configuration change I've made that's affected this.

Can you guys just confirm whether you've recieved mesasges from me? the last one was about sharing the remote-posting solution.

No, Phil, I haven't received any private messages since January 26th.

One thing about PMs in this software - they stay in your "Outbox" until they are read by the recipient. If they are not showing up there then something went wrong.

Ah, I'm afraid it was a case of user error. I wasn't clicking "add" after selecting the moderators group. OK, typing those messages again...

They came through fine. I'm not real clear on how PMs work. I replied to one but it looks like it's just sitting in my Outbox. Does it stay there until the recipient picks it up, or am I supposed to do something besides hit "Submit?" The reply I made to you and the moderator group seemed to post to the group right away.
