Tart, thin, acidic. Initially promising on the nose with fresh red cherries, but supermarket level on the palate.
This wine has been pretty good for me in recent years but I won't buy more from 2011.

I know all young Burgundy is mouth-puckering, acidic, and stern, Chasse, but this '11 seemed especially so, from a wine that has offered up some nice $20-range pleasure in the past 4-5 years or so.

I was actually refering to the disappointment aspect, just fooling. Your review was almost like a straight line...
